Shipping Shipping - Tables Tables can be delivered or shipped at reasonable rates to most locations in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. There are three methods for you to receive tables, depending upon your location: 1. Regional Delivery If you live within approximately 150 miles of Mechanicsburg, PA (this area includes Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC), I will use my truck to deliver to you. The charge is $1.35/mile (measured one-way) for this service. 2. Long-Distance Delivery For customers outside of the regional delivery area, tables will be blanket wrapped and hand delivered by a specialty or antique moving company. Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided the shipper's phone number and tracking number. Upon arrival, the movers will carry the piece into your home and remove the packaging. The cost for this delivery usually ranges from $300-$650 depending upon your location. Delivery quote request in PDF format. Tables cannot be crated or shipped by common carrier. 3. Customer Pick-up If you live within driving distance, you are more than welcome to pick up furniture directly at the workshop in Mechanicsburg, PA. Assistance can be provided in loading your vehicle. Please remember orders picked up at the shop or delivered to Pennsylvania addresses are subject to PA 6% sales tax. Because I do not make the chairs, they are shipped directly to you from the importer. They come pre-boxed from France (see photo) and are shipped via a regular trucking company, usually ABF (1-800-610-5544). Your shipping costs are dependent upon the size and quantity of chairs ordered and your location. Please contact me with the specifics of your interestinclude the proposed quantity and model(s) along with your zip codeand I will gladly return to you an accurate quote for your consideration. Delivery quote request in PDF format. Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided the shipper's name, phone number and tracking number. Because the items are fairly large, UPS is generally not a practical option, but can be quoted upon request. You will be contacted by the shipper in advance and scheduled for a delivery (usually Monday-Friday). If the company has to re-schedule a delivery, they will charge you a re-delivery fee. These companies generally only offer curbside service, which means you must move the pieces yourself and dispose of the packaging once they are off the truck. Fortunately, all of the chairs I sell are not heavy and should be easily manageable by one person once out of the box.

How long do orders take? Leadtime - Tables I try to stock a couple of each length tables as well as sets of different style legs (which are interchangeable), so your table may be available already pre-built. If not, you will receive an estimate of leadtime. Please remember, I am a one-person shop building large furniture pieces which can take several weeks to complete, so please be understanding if there are several orders ahead of yours. Once your table is ready, it can be picked up immediately or delivered regionally within a week or two. For long-distance delivery, allow 3-5 weeks, as specialty moving companies tend to prioritize care in handling above sheer expediency. Leadtime - Chairs The average importation schedule is 10 to 12 weeks. Remember, these beautiful chairs are imported to order from Europe and worth the wait. Occasionally, they will arrive as early as 8 weeks or be longer than 12 weeks. The average schedule is merely an estimated time frame, it is not a promise or a contract. The delivery of the chairs from the importer usually takes an additional one or two weeks (above the 10-12 weeks), depending upon your location. Delivery cannot be guaranteed before specific holidays or special events.

Ordering You may order furniture by phone, mail, fax or e-mail. In turn, you will receive a faxed or mailed invoice detailing your order. Upon review, simply sign and return a copy of the invoice so that your order may be processed. Printable order form in PDF format. Request an order form by mail.
Payment Payment - Tables Since the standard tables are stockable items, a deposit for them is not needed until they are ready to ship or deliver, at which point full payment is required before they leave the workshop. Unfinished tables, being a customized request, require a 50% non-refundable deposit before they can be built. Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit card. Payments may also be made by check, however order will not proceed until funds have transferred. If you are picking up your table, payment can be made upon pickup by credit card or cash only. Payment - Chairs Chair orders require a 50%
